The product is intended for external use only.Each batch is made by hand, on a small scale, so there may be subtle differences in consistency, colour or smell - this is a natural feature of craft products.

The balm can naturally change its consistency depending on the ambient temperature. In much colder conditions, it can become more compact and harder - we recommend storing the product at room temperature. In a warmer environment and higher temperature, it can gain a softer, lighter form. In such a case, it is enough to cool the product briefly to restore its proper structure. The change in consistency does not affect the quality or effect of the cosmetic.
